The client must provide timely access to content, technical accounts, brand materials, and decision-makers when required. Delays caused by missing dependencies may affect delivery timelines.
Where third-party platforms are required for hosting, domains, integrations, analytics, email delivery, or payment processing, their separate terms may also apply. Zinduka Digital Solutions Ltd. is not responsible for outages or policy changes imposed by those providers.
Fees may include one-time project charges, monthly subscription fees, maintenance charges, or support retainers. Recurring services continue according to the selected billing cycle unless canceled under the applicable terms.
Where included, a limited support or warranty period may apply after delivery for bug fixes or agreed adjustments. New features or scope extensions are handled separately.
